Frequently Asked Questions About Tech Recruitment

We specialise exclusively in technology roles — from individual contributors such as software engineers, QA specialists, and UX designers, to senior leadership including Heads of Engineering, CTOs, and VPs of Technology. We do not recruit outside the technology domain.

For most roles, we deliver a curated shortlist within 10–15 business days. Senior executive searches may take 3–6 weeks to ensure thorough market mapping. We prioritise quality over speed, but our pipeline model allows us to move rapidly for pre-defined role types.

Both models are available. Retained engagements allow us to dedicate full research resources to your role and are strongly recommended for senior or niche positions. Contingency arrangements are offered for well-defined mid-level roles where speed is the primary concern.

All placements are backed by a 90-day guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is let go within this period for reasons related to the role fit assessment, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. Conditions apply and are clearly defined in our service agreement.

Yes. We place candidates in permanent, fixed-term contract, and interim positions. Our pipeline includes professionals open to both engagement models. Please specify your requirement during the initial consultation so we can match the right candidate pool.
